This insect shaped quadcopter from Heng Long is a delightful peace of engineering. Compact size, solid airframe, superior flight stability with 3 axis gyro flight system and on top of that loads of fun flying it, these are some of many features of this model. The RC quadcopter comes ready to fly right out of the box, just add 4 AA batteries for the transmitter and charge the Fire Fly using the supplied USB cable and fly!

Charging of the 300mAh Lithium polymer battery takes only 50 minutes and gives you about 10 minutes flight time. The model comes with a 2.4GHz transmitter featuring anti-jamming technology and extended range of up to 100m. This model will suit everyone, it's easy to fly so a beginner can have a go and for experienced pilots it's powerful enough to perform some flips and somersaults.

The Fire Fly features a 3 axis flight control system delivering flight stability with super fast responses. The gyro constantly automatically adjusts the speeds of the rotors to keep the quad copter stable and this makes it much easier and fun to fly. The power comes from four core-less motors. Core-less motors are much smaller but more powerful, quieter and more responsive than conventional iron core ones. Because of less vibrations and higher output you get better flight stability, more power and better control The shell encloses the sturdy airframe to protect the main electronics. The unique design looks fun in flight and the ability of turning cycles, figure of eights, banking and more are simply mind blowing.

    Everybody should have one of these..!! An amazing imaginative piece of technology. Ignore the 'insect' appearance and marvel at the fun and challenge available from this quadcopter. Perfect for exploring the skills of controlling a RC flying machine...be patient on initial set-up as it requires a 'knack' to set up the transmitter properly. Works well indoors and out...
