First of all we'd like to say a big thank you to all our customers throughout the year and that we appreciate you placing your trust in us this past year and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.
We will be shipping models right up until Wednesday 23rd December, our cut off will be at 1pm. If wanting to place an order for Christmas delivery after this time please call us to see if there is anything we can do.
IMPORTANT: Although our Next working day should arrive the next working day you may want to give yourself an extra couple of day's should there be a courier issue. To ensure the best chance of receiving your model before Christmas we recommend you order before 1pm on Tuesday 22nd December, or earlier if there are severe weather conditions.
Our last day at work will be Wednesday 24th December, we finish at 1pm and we will not be open again until 10am on Tuesday 29th December. You can leave support queries via our website http://nitrotek.freshdesk.com/ during this period and we aim to answer within 24hrs when we are open. If you are in need of urgent technial support and we are closed I recommend reading through our troubleshooting help pages and watching some Youtube videos regarding the issue to see if your problem can be resolved that way. If you are calling our orderline during this time we do expect the phones to be very busy so please be patient.
CHRISTMAS COLLECTIONS: We will have a christmas counter for any last minute shoppers who would like to come and collect. Please note we are not a shop but will be opening a counter at our Stockport warehouse for any last minute shoppers who want to come along and order at our counter or on the website prior and then collect. We will be able to take Paypal, Credit card and Cash Payments at our Christmas collection counter. IMPORTANT: If paying by Paypal for security we require a Utility bill in the Paypal account holders name to the Paypal account holders registered address and also photo ID (either a passport or driving license)

Click & Collect: If you prefer you can pay and reserve your order online first and then collect, just choose the collect option when checking out. If paying by Paypal we will still require a Utility bill in the Paypal account holders name to the Paypal account holders registered address and also photo ID (either a passport or driving license) as part of our security checks.
