Details

The Dynam EZ Hawk RC plane with its brushless motor is the perfect trainer plane for beginners. Only a small amount of assembly is required once the box is opened and then you'll by flying this RC plane in minutes!

The EZ Hawk powered trainer is constructed from a durable EPO foam so it can take the knocks and crashes as you learn to use it to its full capability. The EZ Hawk is propelled by a powerful Dynam Speed 400 brushless paired with a Dynam Brushless Electronic Speed Control (ESC) and 2.4GHz Radio Equipment. This combination of power and control makes it an excellent aerobatic craft. The plane also comes with a Li-Po battery and charger for longer flights. The EZ Hawk is fitted with a brushless motor, which has several advantages over the brushed RC planes. They are more efficient and reliable, make less noise, have a longer lifetime, and most importantly they deliver more power! Added together this gives your aeroplane better capabilities for performing 3D aerial stunts.

The EZ Hawk comes with a 2.4G radio which means the range is longer and more stable plus you do not have to worry about interference from other fliers

These RC planes are 3CH but come with 4CH radio equipment, this means that when you have finished with you trainer model you can move up to the next level and already have your radio equipment.

So i get my Ez hawk and put everything but the motor in and there are 3 wires coming out of the motor and 3 out of the plane. 1 red wire then the rest are black! Help i guessed the combination and when i turned the remote and plane on the motor just kept spinning even with the throttle fully down. The Ailerons and Elevator work well just the throttle help!! Hi, I've got my plane yesterday and went flying today for the first time. I flew helicopters before but never a plane and it went great! I only did minor crashes on landing becouse the wind was gusting around 10knots. Nevertheless it is very stable and has a winde range of speed. The stock battery did also a great job as it gave me power for around 20 to 30min. I'm planning on installing a rudder servo from my helicopter to give it even more control in slow flights.

Thanks Nitrotek for the fast service

Regards

1st flight from my new Dynam EZ Hawk (http://www.nitrotek.co.uk/DY8925EZ.htm) Probably shouldnt have been flying (winds between 10 - 15 mph with plenty of gusts from different directions) plane handled it with no problems at all even with the camera attached to the nose.
even tried a loop or 2 and a fast inverted pass with the wind

all in all I am impressed with how well the plane flies out of the box, plenty of power, tame enough to learn to fly with and fun to fly for those with more experience. (Posted on 24/07/2013)

This is a great model to start out with. Review by Tepic

The price went up by £10 just after I received mine (lucky me!) If they were still asking £90 it would have got 5 stars. Saying that, the price is still reasonable.

The EZ Hawk is a great first buy. It is easy to assemble, easy to fly and strong enough to accommodate the occasional rough landing. Once completed it has a nice appearance on the ground and graceful in the air!

The overall build quality is good. I had a few small issues with some of the parts being a little fragile, but with a bit of care that wasn't a big problem.

It's really fortunate that this is a simple model as the instructions are pretty bad. To start they are for the Hawk Sky, not a huge problem as the two models are pretty much the same. The instruction book is written in badly translated English, and in places serves to confuse rather than inform. This puts me off buying more complex models from the same manufacturer.

In the air this model is amazing! It is nose heavy, which makes hand launching for the first time a bit exciting, but once it is up it is a dream to fly. It is very stable, smooth, and responsive. The only crash I have had so far was pilot error at a low altitude. On every other occasion where my inexperience has shown, the model has recovered either because of it's stable nature, or thanks to the powerful motor. I have found landings a challenge at times because it just wants to stay in the air. Great :)

If you have no practical experience, but want to try RC flight, buy this.
