OPENING TIMES AND RESPONSE TIMES OVER CHRISTMAS: We will be closed for Christmas from 5.00pm on Friday 21st December and open again on Wednesday 2nd January. Emails sent over the Christmas holiday will be answered the first week we get back. Please allow a couple of extra days for email replies while we catch up with all the ones received while we were closed. Orders received over the Christmas holiday will be sent out the week that we return. Again, please allow a few extra days for delivery while we catch up with the build up. The technical support lines will be open again on Wednesday 2nd January but we expect them to be very busy for the first few days back. If you can not get through on the phone please email or call us at a less busy time such as in the afternoons and towards the end of the week. CHRISTMAS DEADLINES: We will still be sending out orders up to and including Friday 21st December but we suggest ordering no later than 1pm on Wednesday 19th December if you want pre-Christmas delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday 19th will still be sent out but may not arrive in time should the couriers have any problems finding the address etc. We will be closed from Friday 21st so will not be able to track deliveries after this time.
