The King 3 is brand new to the market and is a top of the range
remote controlled helicopter from Esky. It is a big 400 size helicopter
aimed at intermediate to advanced pilots. This high spec model
is one of the most advanced we sell not to mention one of the
best quality electric helicopters on the market. The King 3 version
is the replacement to the King 2 which is Esky's top of the range
belt driven helicopter. It is the step up from the Honey Bee CP2
and is feature packed for extreme stunts and tricks. If you have
had a 4ch or 6ch radio controlled helicopter before and want to
take the hobby to the next level then this model can go all the

The
main differences between a standard 6ch heli and this are:
1. Belt driven tail
- Unlike the CP2 which has a separate motor on the tail this has a new
belt driven tail system for precise aerobatic actions and more reliable
performance. The tail system has a slipper clutch to help avoid damage
if you crash it.
2. Sturdier construction
- The King features a metal tail boom, strong fins and bulkier parts
all round.
3. Brushless motor
- This powerful large current motor gives enough torque to pull off
the most demanding stunts.
4. Separate gyro
etc - Most helicopters have an all in one mixer, receiver, speed controller
and gyro. This is great for a simple radio controlled helicopter but
for a stunt helicopter like this an all in one unit would not be enough.
The King therefore comes with separate high quality receiver/mixer,
speed controller and Gyro making it highly adjustable and reliable.
5. Upgradeable -
The King features upgradeable parts which are available from our upgrade
section. The model can be kited out with metal parts and you can even
swap the standard cabin for a highly detailed scale cabin for ultimate
realism.
6. New 6 channel
Transmitter with PIT and PLT mode lock switch and adjustable dial. You
can choose between the Mhz version with changeable frequency crystals
or the 2.4 Ghz version which does not require different crystals to
be used with other models in the same area.
